I have had these issues for ca. 14 hours. The system does not allow me to join any tournaments even though I meet the requirements. Plus when I play rated games my rating does not change regardless of whether I win or lose.

Thank you but the link seems to be for cases when people cheat. I have been playing only 1 minute games and kind of poorly. I will, however, give it a try.

Thank you - I am really glad you told me about it. There is nothing rude about your comment. I just do not understand what kind of cheating that would be as it is impossible to cheat in 1 minute bullet games (I have not played anything else for months). and my rating (always between 1300 and 1500) is not too great. I have, however, written them. I suspect they may consider me guilty of artificial adjusting my rating because I sometimes lose a lot of games. I will see - thank you again.
