To automatically detect any players streaming, we should use the desktop version of this website to make streaming easier (or same as in website)

A desktop app would just be a weblet app
Meaning just a website in app form which provides no advantages that make it worth coddling and marinating a third platform

There is no economical reason for Lichess to develop a desktop app (that is more than a weblet app).
What don't you like about the "lichess.org" detection from the title of a stream?

There are many use cases the web site does not currently accommodate, hence Lichess developed an API https://lichess.org/blog/XlRW5REAAB8AUJJ-/welcome-lichess-boards
For example, full VR / AR with 3D rendering is not offered by the website.
For example, using the site Duolingo-style to learn another language, or easily moderate chat, messages, forums, etc. with automatic DeepL / Google translations is not offered by the website.
For example, an Atom/RSS feed for when Lichess adds a new video to https://lichess.org/video , or your friends add studies, etc. are not features of the website.
I'm sure there are thousands of reasons to make a desktop app, depending upon what it is you might want that app to do.

Actually there is one (at least on the play store) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.lichess.mobileapp&hl=de&gl=US&pli=1
If the issue is window capturing and the potential leak of other browser information:
Since lichess is completely open source and free of any trackers or malware, you can feel safe even using a more exotic browser for using it with lichess only.
