I didn't see tactic in the game.
Are you talking about tactic that could have been done at the end to win for White?

I might just be blind, but I don't see a tactic. I think you are referring to 28. Rxe3+ but that isn't really a tactic, it's just a capture. I might be missing something though, so feel free to correct me if I am wrong, I will happily concede.

I would say the tactic is 24. bd5 I guess.

black kinda tanked there. He ventured too far into enemy territory and was not able to think through the "tactics" white threw at him.

black's "tactic" must have been to lose the game
and white's "tactic" to win

b4 Rf3+ Ke8 Rf7 b3 Rfb7 try for mate black has no way to stop it , any move eg- b2,
Rbb8 or Raa8 is mate (#)
