For reasons, I wanted to play tactics, including racer, with keyboard.
I understand it's not a common thing to want - but I wish it was possible. :(
Currently keyboard input is only possible for games played.
It was recently added. In the puzzles page press "?" to open the help menu.

Ahh, yes, you're right - it's in puzzles.
Just not Racer and Storm, which was what I had in mind. But it's in Streak, which is almost the same. ̄\_(ツ)_/ ̄
