Left a game and in ended quicker for me than it does for other people

So while I'm waiting for this guy to make his move, I go and look at the last game we played together, and when I come back less than a minute later, I find the game has ended. Apparently, I "left."

See, I wouldn't have an issue with this - it's very annoying when opponents do that. But when my opponents leave, I have to wait for a minimum of 180 seconds - never mind that usually they "leave" by walking away from the computer.

So why did this one happen so quickly? Tbh I feel very robbed. I wouldn't have done this if I had been seeing 30 second timers when my opponents left.

I don't leave games, really. This here was a rare stray from the screen. It's not something I do often, by any means.

The time control was long.

So I don't think your reply answers my question, despite the... we'll call it, "positive" feedback your reply has gotten. (laughing at my expense... pfsh)
