or any other rapid time control
Honest chess with computer assistance is only correspondence chess on pure correspondence chess platforms and chess composition. For example on Lichess it is strictly forbidden to use computer assistance for non-bots even in correspondence chess.
So even though I would be hating it 1 move a day with much sadness about "draw death" and only on correspondence chess servers that strictly allow computer assistance.
If "no clock at all" counts (chess composition) I must go with that if I had to choose.

By the way I forgot one other way of honest computer assistance, which is, of course, crafting official bots and playing against official bots. My apology to @unsoundepths for that is already lingering on my computer and waiting to enter the arena.
And it is also another thing where time control does not matter too much in chess.
Rapid definitely has the widest range, so it would be the most useful time category for me.
If I had to pick one format among the three provided by lichess in the quick pairing selection, I'd choose the 15+10 time control. But I'd like to have a bigger increase, so 15+30 or even 10+30 would be perfect.

A 30+225 time control as a result of combining Botvinnik’s rule—using about 20% of your time (150') for the first 15 moves—with the classical model of reaching move 40 in 2.5 hours and then continuing at roughly 16 moves per hour.
