Can I contact a mod somehow? I am trying to stream and play regular chess, and I have a stalker constantly harassing me and making insulting comments about me publicly. He pretends to have hacked multiple accounts and threatens to hack mine as well, harassing me when I am streaming in front of live audience in the public chat, spreading misinformation. In my 10 years on lichess I have never ever experienced this and I am very creeped out and in urgent need for some help from a Lichess official.

Contact lichess and report him!
Maybe click on his user name, go to report. Then report him for harassment with a screen shot of the chat messages he/she sent

Just another Bad monkey who is harassing you report them to lichess and the great team will deal with him :)
I would say Block their account on twitch YT or Kick whichever platform you stream on so he cant view it anymore or make those comments.
