Has a GM been ever flagged for cheating on Lichess? If not has any titled player at all ever been flagged?
Not sure whether GM were amongst them, but chess.com has banned hundreds or thousands of titled players.

Play either bullet or correspondence games to eliminate the cheats.
Cheaters come at all levels of play. The hardest chesters to catch are those who have high skill and knowledge in what they are cheating at.
Chesters? You mean those WFMs who cheat by distracting you during tournament play with their cleavage? Chesting is indeed an insidious form of cheating.

Chess.com put out a video recently confirming they had banned several GMs for cheating.
