Are you allowed to scratch your balls at a tournament if they itch?

I often have to scratch my balls while playing online. I was wondering if this would affect my gameplay OTB. Does anyone else have experience in this and have any advice what we can do?

This is information that probably most of us could have been just fine not knowing tbh. Sounds like you either need anti-fungal cream or just some self-control.
