Both clocks frozen after making move

I have lost many games where I was comfortably ahead on time but then some bug hits and after I make a move both clocks remain frozen for a long time and when the clocks restart it turns out I have lost most of the time. This is happening too often and ruining the experience

same - has happened twice earlier and now again today.. doesn't seem to be an internet speed issue - other sites work fine
