Usually they save the vod on twitch and/or re-upload on YT so you can watch it later.

You can input the lichess username you want to search for, and it'll collect their games into an opening tree for you.

I'm asking if there's a rating requirement, not how to get it

Some years ago when they were still giving it the rating requirement was 2300 if I'm not mistaken in something like 5 categories (blitz, rapid, classical or bullet + 2 variants, again if I remember correctly) or a special achievement like JanLee got it for being the first to reach 3000 in crazyhouse.
This was back when Lichess had not so many strong players or many titled players so reaching 2300 was not that easy and not many people could do it.

Your question might be answered in the stream if you post it here and you can watch the stream afterwards on youtube. But here are also many helpful people :)
