Right now there is a simul listed under "Newly created simuls". Only simuls by titled players are displayed in advance, but with a rating over 2100 you probably do not want to join a simul by an untitled player anyway.
I am in a couple of Teams specifically for Simuls, they will often send a club message saying that player X is creating a simul and give the link to join.
