It's funny though. Many top streamers are sponsored by chess com and seem almost embarrassed to admit they just like Lichess better. Here's to hoping all the hot shots start playing more at Lichess.

Probably nothing; Hikaru is chess.com's golden boy, it's not like they can threaten to terminate his contract or anything. And I don't see legal action as being very likely.

Yeah, chess com has more to lose than to gain from trying to enforce whatever his contract says.

True, Hikaru is a big reason some people like chess.com better than Lichess.
