You can always message players around your rating to organize a small friendly tournament!
The best format for small friendly tournaments is a Round Robin (you play a match against every other player). Say you have 5 players: you randomly assign numbers 1-5 to everyone then use the table below. Round 1 would consist of #1 getting a free point (since there isn't a #6), #2 vs #5, and #3 vs #4.
