Change of plans (again), the HATGM/ATSGM panel is being scrapped (i never really had time to make one in the first place...) in favour of a democratic system of election!
To vote, write down the user who you think should get the title this month, and if you want add a reason why.
Submissions to close on February 15th, and winner announced on the 22nd.
