Lead for WAF

Hey guys, we are searching a serious lead for WAF!!!!
In my case, I'm missing the motivation, and aritra has academic pressure...
So if anybody wants to lead, say here!
Say also what do u want to change and something about you, that we know, woth what types we have to do it :)

Hello i can lead this team im a
( Professional ) and International rated Antichess player
I can be a leader in your team

I can get members in to your team
I can make tournaments and i can join with your team in Team battles

I lead a 6000+ team?

I know my rating doesn't say much, but i only focus on Antichess. My highest rating is 1749. I'm closing in on 4000 games, won over half of the games I've played, and i'm usually active every day, if not every two days. my top ten highest games I've won are from 2089 to 2387, with (firebatprime being the highest player I've beaten (he's a respectable person). I plan to focus even more, and finally start taking lessons so I can get my rating over 2000.

I support Deemitha. He can be a good leader. But if there is any second position after Deemitha , i need that. I think it will be tough to manage a team of 436 players alone. Because we all are from different time zone. If there is a position after Deemitha i am interested for that. If 2 person work for there team then definately it will give double engines to perform best everywhere.

What i can offer is -

1. Motivating team players
2. Making new joinings
3. Training low rated players (i have done that before many times)
4. Can give 3 hours daily to my team
5. Not only just antichess games, we can together build a community to solve each other's problems as well. Makes each other laugh. Makes our conversation interesting. (As a boring conversation can kill interest and motivation.)

Deemitha is also a well deserving candidate, i respect that. But i also have a will to serve my team. If possible then make the leader for just 10 days so that i can check what actually i can truly perform for my team, after that make Deemitha a permanent leader

That is not the problem, Aritra is also supporting the main leader, and Ill be also there if you have some questions...
So we are have just one leader...

That is an interesting idea, but imagine every of our 400+ members like to have the leadership for 10 days, and then the voted leader is going on, than our team has changed so much in different ways, that it wouldn't be a good idea. Ofc. you can ask the new leader, of you can get leadership for 10 days, that he has then to decide... Also, if you get the leadership, some people will get angry or jealous to you, becausse the've voted for luckybishop, but you will get the lead anyway
