I believe bullet ratings are very much inflated. It seems that as a starting point existing ratings from classical time control were used. When computers play blitz it is very close to their classical quality, but for humans that is not at all true.
Consequently I would rather watch slower highest rate live game(s) by default when I am waiting for my match.
Hope lichess can make this changeable, keep up the good work!
