I just did some puzzles and it looks like the bar is in a straight line. I didn't do them for 2 weeks and my rating also dropped 200 points.
Edit: Just went to the mobile version and the graph looks normal. The only difference is that my rating is different on the pc and phone version.
Having the same issue. The graph looks flat on my PC whereas in my phone app it doesn't update (although occasionally, it would drop as well).

Same here. Seems that the scaling of the graph has changed to zero as reference. Is that a bug or a new feature?
In case it's a new feature imo the graph makes not much sense anymore ...
