IF I've played a long, difficult game OTB at a typical slow time control, I like to get a fresh cuppa whatever I'm drinking, then sit down with the opponent and analyze the game we just played. We're both going to find mistakes, and we're both going to have moments when we can't remember what we were thinking (I'm very bad for this); but with the conclusion of the game there follows a huge release of stress. Almost giddiness. So it's good to sit down with someone and renew healthy social contact. And sometimes I learn something too.

Drink a lot of water in my over the board 90+30 games I drink 3+ bottles of water and I’m feeling fresh and focused all the time
I did the same a year ago xD
I became a meme for always drinking, but the worst thing was, a had headaches because of too much water.
Sweets are better, support your brain's activity.

I guess you don't suffer from suspectophobia then. https://lichess.org/forum/general-chess-discussion/new-chess-terminology?page=2#13
