a new feature what do you think - named PLAY LIKE ME

a feature in which you have to guess all the moves from a player you would like in some of his previous game, in which you get points plus or minus if you get or not get the move

yes i am in with this tool. this formula basic knowledge +basic understanding= guess the movie. Good idea.

but guessing the moves in the critical positions is more important .

This might be implemented via LichessTV. It's very important that players won't know about competition between viewers, so players won't be influenced and will focus on the best moves.
Anyway new ideas are always welcome, maybe LichessTV will become more entertaining.

No, you get me wrong. My idea is that you just try to implement new style of play by trying to guess moves from games from particulatr player.
For example, you wanna play like kingscrusher, you try to guess the moves in his games, against his opponents, the opponets moevs are auto play, and you have infinitive time to guess his moves.
The rating would be : not so important
but it could be like Procent of level playing like somebody,
for example, if you guess 80 procent of moves from 10 games from kingcrusher games, you are playing 80 procent like Him, not rating points or something, what do you think ?
I hope this idea will see lichess soon if somebody make it.

ChessDb have a similar idea in place where you can play against a player. Not sure what is involved but if it was implemented into lichess we could type in the player id you want to play and the engine would move based on their previous games.

Could be a cool way for players to play against titled/favorite players which they might not normally get the chance to do.

You get me wrong, Amadan. It is no needed engine. Just the game of someone.
For example game Amadan vs Kingcrusger.
So if I wanna play like You I just click on this game a buutoon GUESS THE MOVE FROM SIDE AMADAN and then i dont see alphabetical moves ( you know on the right side on the screen usually) i just make 1st move lets say 1. e4 and computer says if it is wrong or correct, if it is correct i win a point, if it is not, i lose a point,
and the black side ( kingcrusher moves are played automatically) so even if you had made a bad move, i still have to gueess the bad move ;) would be fun, but i think THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO IMPLEMENT NEW STYLE, TO SEE FROM OTHER PERSON, FROM HIS VIEW, TO BRCOMR DTRONGER CHESS PLAYER !

It would be fun to play like someone 1100 elo , it would be as hard to guss the moves, as if you try 2800 player :)
