You cannot checkmate your opponent, therefore it is a draw
When one player runs out of time, if that player could have been checkmated by any sequence of legal moves, he loses on time. If it is impossible for him to have lost by checkmate, the game is a draw on time. In your case, your king is your only piece so you can't checkmate.
