Thank you GM @Puli1234 for those examples on how to occupy and use open files. While the chess content is great, I would suggest to show first the position without any variation so the readers can try to find the best move by themselves without seeing the answer and explanation, which in my opinion should be shown later.
In the last example it would be useful to also explain that the reason to choose a-file rather than d-file is that black does not have any usable entry points on d-file (and neither does white once d8 is covered by Ke7).
