day by day I met with same problem, site isn't available , then few minutes later all is working again, I can't say what that is. I can gain access to site due VPN while it isn't availbale like that .untill connection is restored. what can it be?

What you wanna hear from Lichess ? Me never have issues with this site. Only maybe when there is a update. Think the problem is at your side...

I recently saw someone mention that in Russia there is a lot of web access blocked recently. I have no idea if it is true or not. You might look into that and see if it is.

The problem is in your place of residence (Russia, Moscow). I live there too, I have had the same problem for a long time. And I have seen messages about a similar problem from a number of people from our country or both our country and our city. Lichess does not know how to solve this problem of ours (it is probably unsolvable). Our government does its traffic filtering too crookedly (our government filters all our traffic so that it can prevent us from visiting tens of thousands of sites it does not like, for example, YouTube), that is why it turns out this way. No. That's not the case, but in that direction. The Internet is not blocked in Russia. But all traffic has long been filtered through devices of special services of Russia, installed at all providers in Russia. According to the laws, and in fact, so. And in Russia, tens of thousands of sites that are objectionable to the ruling regime in Russia are blocked, for example, YouTube. To view these sites, people are forced to use VPN or other means of bypassing blocking. Those who simply try to open such sites cannot do so. And this is the overwhelming majority of people, for the ruling regime this is enough for now.

But there is a chance that something that was recommended to me (in my topic, via the link in my previous comment to you) will work for you. Try it. Most likely, the problem is exactly the same. But it may not be the same, but similar. And something will work for you to solve it.
