As the author of the actual course (https://www.chessable.com/the-caro-kann-for-club-players/course/77954/), I have written Lichess and asked that the copyrighted text be removed.
You can file for an Intellectual Property Take Down Notice:

In fact, we all should file too

Yeah, I can't believe it. Lichess should focus on stopping fake studies, even a policy said that no getting help from anyone or anything when playing or doing other things. I agree DiligentKnight23, Lichess should make a system to stop this unbearable business or copying studies and Chessable courses. Be careful, everyone. There are thiefs among us.

on the other hand, these countermeasures remove the whole focus of studies, no? sometimes I, alongside others I expect, usually compile positions and studies to practice (also making them interactive and adding personal lines) for improvement and growth, and all this removes this ability and removes the purpose of lichess's studies. The whole purpose of Lichess studies is sharing, remixing, and learning, and the design is public on purpose. If a user posts a public study, they are implicitly saying: “I want others to see this, learn from it, and interact with it.” instead, I believe it rests on the faith of creators and lichess to ensure this act does not occur. you cannot act a change without consequences. @RuyLopez1000

No. You can put a book legally on lichess. As long as it doesn't contain the words of the author you are fine. You can even write your own words, but you can't truly have the authors words. And if you are doing analysis of the positions, you have to be careful how closely you paraphrase. But you CAN put an entire book on a study and you CAN put moves of it in the study for practice. One of the legal reasons is you can't copywrite moves or chess positions. Just words about the subject.

This is getting worse !!
Lichess has to focus on cheating/ copying work done by others.
After A_T now another player is found guilty of copying studies, and who knows if other people are going to do the same.

How can people steal other people's hard work?
That chessable course took over 400 HOURS to create.
I hope Lichess can take down that guys account [and all his others].
