Make sure you finish all games before the 10th of July because that's when week 2 starts.

The bot owner is my friend. he does not have a human lichess account

Many matches have been completed (including all of the above week 1 matches). You can all keep contacting your next opponents (and play the matches if you both agree on a day and time), please keep me updated on how it's going.

The first week often has most difficulties. You're allowed to make changes to your bot whenever you want (so you'll score better).

You can see your opponent at https://challonge.com/nl/z03j6s80 (if you've lost one match, you can see your next opponent at the bottom). Week 2 matches have to be finished before the 17th of July, but you can also already play later matches if you and your opponent agree.

Week 2 has ended, so some bots have been eliminated (by losing twice and FireFishBOT and ChessVBOT didn't play their match). There were a lot of draws (really strong participants), but also some really interesting games (some wins and some draws). Continue playing your matches and try to agree on a day and time with your opponents as quickly as possible. You can play ahead of schedule (next rounds) if both you and your opponent prefer that (it might make it easier to find a suitable day and time). I've mailed @intron014 at me@intron014.com a while back and haven't received a response (yet). Is there any other way to contact him? discord, lichess account, etc...?

We're nearing the end of week 3, so if you haven't finished your matches yet, please inform me when the last games are scheduled (if you haven't messaged me those days/times yet).

Please @nikitosikbot and @nikitosikvariantsbot, play your matches! You are not answering bot owners and it is affecting others!
