Here are the pairings for the Double Elimination Knockout Stage of the Crazyhouse World Championship 2025:

Scheduling:
Round 1 (Winners Bracket): 01–17.08.25
Round 2 (Winners Bracket) / Round 1 (Losers Bracket): 18–31.08.25
Round 3 (Winners Bracket) / Round 2 (Losers Bracket): 01–14.09.25
Round 4 (Winners Bracket) / Round 3 (Losers Bracket): 15–28.09.25
Round 4 (Losers Bracket): 29.09–12.10.25

All matches must be scheduled and completed within the corresponding timeframe above.

Further clarification about the path to the Candidates, based on the recently published Challonge bracket:

In simple terms, you can think of it like this:
Reaching Round 4 in the Winners Bracket guarantees qualification to the Candidates stage for four players. Additionally, the two winners of Round 5 in the Losers Bracket will also qualify.

On challonge, the two players who lose in Round 4 of the Winners Bracket are moved directly into Losers Round 6, where they join the two winners from Losers Round 5. At that point, these four are already the last remaining players in the Losers Bracket. As a result, Round 4 of the Winners Bracket doesn't actually need to be played, because all four players who reach it will have already secured a spot in the Candidates stage.

In summary:
This means a total of 3 rounds need to be played in the Winners Bracket, and 5 rounds in the Losers Bracket.
