They should reply with the variant they pick from your list, and either agree to the time and date or suggest a different one. Once you agree on when to play your match, please post the time (with the timezone) and date in this thread, as well as the variants which you will be playing. Play 6 rated games of each variant at 3+2 time control. When your match is over post the results here as well. Remember to apply multipliers to the score!
