Each individual feature can be turned on/off from the user menu (top right) -> LiChess Tools menu in the web site and explanations on how to use it can be found by clicking the info icon next to each preference. They all lead to the User Manual page: https://siderite.dev/blog/lichess-tools---user-manual/

If you want to play logged out, you can also access the Lichess Tools Preferences in the top-right user menu, but you will see a limited set, since some features require you to be logged in.
