Choosing the Right Chess Openings for Beginners – 3 Key Traits

Awesome work. What would you recommend for intermediate to advanced players? Would the same set of openings work?

Nice article!

I do believe there is a small typo at the move sequence under "Recommended Beginner Openings For White".

At the response against caro-kann the sequence is written as "against 1...c6 play 2.d5 d5 3.exd5 cxd5.", i assume its supposed to be "against 1...c6 play 2.d4 d5 3.exd5 cxd5.".

It's not even a good opening. Let alone for beginners.
