It would be great if it was possible to 'follow' these events in a similar way to the other broadcast tournaments. I'd be interested in following the games, but unless I get a notification about it closer to the time, I'm likely to forget.

Arenas are tricky to manage in a broadcast.
The TAs usually show up on the homepage 24 hours in advance as a notice.
Kindly let me know the Time Control of the tournaments. Furthermore, do we have classical chess tournaments on Lichess ??
How can I participate in above tournaments ??

The arenas have already been created and are associated in the blogs. You can access each arena and see the time control for each one.

It is hard to make arenas with classical time control.

You can participate in the warm-up arenas, but to participate in the TAs you need to verify your OTB title https://lichess.org/verify-title
Can I be in the tournament? 800 or so elo is basically titled in my opinion.
