It is interesting to see the strong idea of Ne5, f4 and Qf3-Qh3 in action (which is a well known simple plan in some Colle-Zuckertort-style setups which I learned recently). Thanks for sharing :)
Qf3-Qh3 is even stronger in this positions, than to bring the rook to Rf3-Rh3.
Unfortunately my opponents do not simply push queenside pawns if I get to some of this positions :D

isnt the f4 move he played in the game to support the knight is called "posting up"?

The Knight on e5 sits not on an so called "outpost", since the f6-Knight could move and f6 could be played for black to chase the knight away.
I am not saying that this would be good, but I am saying since this possibility exists, the square e5 is not an outpost.
So I think you can not call the f4 move "posting up", but I am willing to learn if I am thinking wrong.

That's possible but than maybe after the exchange of knights, the centre would be good although it would be doubled

I thought the same "black can simply exchange", but then I learned, that the exchange of knights would be good for white, because with white you take back with your pawn and gain "more space". It depends strongly on the position, but in most cases you want to take then with the f-pawn (that is the reason why you were pushing it to f4 in the first place).
The benefits of the exchange should be more of a positional nature like "more space" and an "half open f-file", but maybe other players can tell even more about it.
