Marathon (reuploading)
I hope that every reader got what they wanted from the marathon and received the coveted trophy. For those who did not participate or were unable to obtain the trophy, I can provide advice on how to complete the marathon. Having completed 5 marathons, I have valuable insights and recommendations
1) Sleep:
You have to play for 24 hours, it's advisable to sleep before the marathon, a good sleep = 50% to success, I slept 6.5 hours before the summer marathon, but I recommend sleeping 8-9 hours and getting up 30 minutes before the start, if you haven't slept, it will be very difficult for you after 10 hours and your concentration will drop, and you may fall asleep like I did an hour before the end
2) Berserk:
It all depends on the time control, and your ability to play the bullet, control 5+0, take the berserk ALWAYS, you will only need 2.5 minutes per game, in control ?+1, I strongly advise against taking the berserk for obvious reasons, if the opponent takes the Berserker against you, regardless of their rating or time control, ALWAYS RESPOND, this way, you will shorten the game time and gain respect and trust from your opponent, even if you are at odds with each other I will also recommend a good extension from @sloth_bear_off, It shows the opponent's berserk percentage and winning streak. (And you can also see how much more will be added to the rating for a win/draw/loss and much more)

3) Moral support:
I want to express my gratitude @Ragehunter and @OlegPro1, because they were the ones who told me not to give up, If it weren't for them, I wouldn't have made it to the top 10, or even the top 50. Without moral support, you're more likely to give up and stop playing, and all the time you've spent will be wasted. There's no turning back in a marathon...
4) Points:
If you want to get a trophy, you need to get a certain number of points. You can refer to the history of marathons, go to the marathon that has the time control as the one you want to play, click on the magnifying glass, and write the place you want to get to (for example, 500).
Please note that you will need an approximate number of points for your goal, which may be higher or lower. I do not recommend collecting an exact number, as in the previous marathon, as you may miss out on your trophy.

5) Food and drink:
It will be useful to eat nuts, fruits, eggs, dark chocolate, any type of meat, and a regular apple can be beneficial. You can also eat bars like Snickers or Bountyand if you like baked goods like me, you can prepare them for the marathon. The key is to avoid overeating and distribute them throughout the marathon.
What about drinks: just water lol))) Okay, You can drink coffee with milk, cream, or ice cream, but I recommend drinking green tea, which has more caffeine than coffee and is healthier.
UPD: One thing I’ll say though is to avoid foods like snickers or bounty. Anything really that has lots of sugar gives you a short burst of energy, which in a marathon (so 24 hours long) will not be helpful as after the short burst, your body has a sugar crash and you play worse, Your insulin level rises as it tries to handle the sugar flooding (from @MR_Halaand)
Remember, NEVER DRINK ENERGY DRINKS AND ANY TYPE OF ALCOHOL, NEVER. Energy drinks kill your heart, and alcohol kills your brain and liver.
