We all know the platform I am posting this blog in which is lichess. But there are many other chess platforms that we can play on. Lichess is closest rival is chess.com. People when they are playing chess decide if they want to play chess.com or lichess. Most people say lichess is better because people think that lichess gives almost the same recourses as chess.com but free. Because on chess.com you need to get a membership to do things like have access to bots and more puzzles. But even though lichess does not have any bots they don't really matter. What matters is puzzles you can have them for free. Now you may be asking because of all of this why is lichess less popular than chess.com? Well, it comes down to the marketing. You see chess.com have gotten a lot of money for their memberships so they can get more people to come to their website. So which platform do you think is better?
