Play till you win!

ChessAnalysisLichessOff topic
And then keep playing till you have more wins than losses

And keep playing even though you're tired and you're making weak moves and you're just getting madder and more panicked.

Play till 3 AM and look at your ratio and think about cheating, but of course, don't.

Delete that account and start a new one where you'll play better, because it's all just luck, and eventually you'll get lucky again.

Limit your play to people -500 to 0 Elo points from you so you can beat them most of the time. You just need to catch up. You'll return to normal play, soon.

Whatever you do, don't analyze your games, because Stockfish doesn't understand your organic stratagems. Don't read a pro's book or a blog or watch a tutorial, because you know that stuff already.

Remember that most people are cheaters, and the ones who have a few inaccuracies, mistakes, or blunders are selectively cheating to hide from the anti-cheating measures.

Most of all, never think that what needs to change is you.

Never think you should take a break, because you're not going to get better while exhausted and on tilt. It's okay to ruin your day with anger over a game with no consequences in the external world. The people you love can wait. Your chess record on a website is important. It reflects your personal value, your intelligence, and your strength.

Keep playing, no matter what.

Quitters never win, and winners never quit trying random things to make themselves feel better, instead of purposeful things to make themselves be better.
