Aficionado al Ajedrez desde el año 1973. Representante Policial de Ajedrez (Santa Cruz) en Torneos Interfuerzas desde 1990 al 2010; reactivándose en 2022 a la fecha. Profesor de Ajedrez Nivel Base (Academia FIDE). Desde 2016 Responsable Taller Ajedrez en distintos Gremios y Centros de Jubilados. Actualmente dicto talleres de ajedrez nivel inicial, básico e intermedio. Ranking SRG: 1953 (ADAR)
