I know you are very curious about how i Achieve 2350 rating in lichess.

it's so simple & Very easy Formula but you need to be Very Disciple In this process Other wise it's very Though to achieve your Goal or Target.

This formula i use for myself & My students they get The Results during the process . Now i personally believe any one can achieve there target if they use this formula properly.

Why many People Not achieve there targets or Goal? Ask your self

The simple answer is Because they don't set realistic Goals or target.

Lets i will Give you Example Now I am 2350 Rating in Lichess so now my Next Target is to Reach 2400. not 2800 because its not realistic Because now My level is not enough to reach 2800 there i have to work more to reach there that's why i set my goal realistic what i can achieve.

Many peoples messed up here they set non realistic goal they not achieve then they disappointed there self.

How We can Set our Realistic Goals 1st you need to understand what's your Levels is now in Chess suppose i am 1200 rating in lichess and i want to reach 1500 rating Now i will not set Direct my goal to reach 1500 i will set 1250 Rating in 1st month then second month i will set 1300 and then so on so how you have to divided your target in some parts its call baby steps then you can Achieve Your Target Easily.
