it's a Good Ideas, BUT- actually exactly my loses Comes from point where I Can't say that I didn't wanted to play. I start loosing in a row, and all that moving Me is desire to END with a WIN, and that's gives Me Motivation, that's why I can't STOP+ there is thing , that My loses are actually strange, like I play and there are not clean mistakes, main mistake is hidden somewhere in logic of game or I don't know how to say it, until I reveal that **** I can't actually stop these sudden looses in a row
Btw , I myself always don't play , when I feel like I don't want to, but these row looses comes in a strange way, which can't be recognized in simple way

@Tuck_Fheory Yes exactly, I actually get upset of my mistakes rather than good performance of the opponent.. in fact, if the opponent performs poorly, I lose interest in the game and just play it through in order not to lose. So yes I think I'll have to face my mistakes and take the pain as a gift and move on.. otherwise how am I expecting to improve?!
Thanks for the kind reply my friend.

I don’t understand because in one of your last posts you wrote that the correct mindset to have in order to improve was to stop caring about the rating..?

@Ahmed_Mansour The #1 blitz player on this site still has nearly 400 losses from 2200 games, so it's not all gravy for the best!
You need to play more games in general, but definitely play more games against 2000+ rated players & analyse those losses rather than win against equal players.
On the other site I played 1,400 rapid games - lost 727!
- won 627 (45% by checkmate)
My best checkmate in blitz was against somebody rated 1700 points higher than me!
...ask me if I care how many losses I had! lol Have a good day & best of luck with your game

What if you're playing a tournament? You can't just abort your games.
If you're playing a tournament, you should make yourself happy.

Sounds good, except all my games are in tournaments and have to be arranged well in advance. I play for teams, and can't just chicken out.
yeah .... he meant when you play ches after work you know you feel tired and obviously not in good mood.A tournament is a different case, you prepare for it

This amazing
It really is going to help me in future and as not a very confident player I will definitely try this.
