Is Chess Really Just Theory? Or Is It Art?

I agree with the overall sentiment but playing moves that you don't understand just to confuse your opponent is foolish most of the times, as Fischer said "The only thing which matters in chess is good moves" , so incorporating dubious openings like hillbilly attack ain't gonna cut it and also to break the rules you have to master the rule.

You can say that to the beginners, I don't know how exactly they think anyway, to confuse someone :/ But yes, as Fischer said, "The only thing which matters in chess is good moves," and it really does, but when a good move is artistic (just like an unseen brilliancy or a justified accuracy), it really paints the game into both victory and memory. That's what the art of chess is all about. Anyway, thank you for reading the blog!
