Thanks Wilsonia. I took up the Classical and Kan Sicilians later...much more my speed

And the blog post was just thinly veiled marketing. I would have never heard of chessiverse or whatever if it weren't for a blog post on the front page of Lichess.

Congratulations, John, on the course and the blog post. A lot of useful insight on how to go through a big project. Also, thanks for making me laugh with your words about financial podcasts.

Dear John, this sounds really interesting!
One question: I am 2300+ Elo rating OTB, do you think I could learn something from this course or is the target level (much) lower?
Also are the lines sound enough to play against IM and GM opposition, or am I bound to suffer if I play them as more than a surprise weapon?

Just wanted to let you know that, although I’m not a paying customer, yet, I play on chessiverse all the time and I love it.

And absolutely, this course was written to the highest level I was capable of. I believe you'll find the lines to be valid at FM/IM/GM level - even in classical, and not purely as a surprise weapon. Theoretical soundness was my baseline goal, with playability and stylistic consistency coming a close second.
