My brain doesn't allow me to follow notations & openings but that looks like my style! - I rarely castle & enjoy using my King as bait as the English King should be the first man on the battlefield!
Not developing can also have some benefit by way of counter attacking opportunities.
Think I'd play King to f2 then Queen check g6 if they take the pawn
