Perhaps look into creating a custom keyboard for mobile use where the KB has a limited number of keys, thus, not so many rows and no need to scroll. Sort of like the custom numbers pad which sometimes comes up when only numbers are entered.

This is fantastic idea, as there are no too many option. And it will be for mobile only, I will need to have a think about the best way of doing this.

Another suggestion (as long as you're asking), it would also be nice to show moves we got incorrect in a color. Currently it basically shows that if you eventually get it right, it was right. But, in truth, it wasn't. I sometimes fail to add the +, make a typo or simply refer to the square incorrectly. All these are a mistake we should be aware of. Even if I get it right on another try, it was wrong...

Thanks for doing this. Instead of SAN, is it possible to make optional (in line with FIDE laws on algebraic notation) symbols like "+", "#", "x"?

Also, I observed from previous comments that "=" is expected for promotion moves, although this isn't specified in FIDE laws.

I will need to look up the fife exact laws on this, but will definitely look into this

Funnily enough, = is required for draw offers, so using = in promotion moves is probably a bad habit.

Castling should be 0-0, not O-O
