Looking forward to reading the news in the next few days.

You mean that Hans is guilty because his teacher cheated 5 years ago ?
Great logic.
It's this kind of fake argument that is used in dictatorships to condemn innocent opponents

It will eventually end like Lance Armstrong.
Only His own confession can be considered as a 100% proof.

The problem underline is the past cheatings online of Mr. Niemann.

All the specialists have clearly stated that there is nothing suspicious in Niemann's OTB games. For OTB and online games, FIDE specialist Kenneth Regan has established that Niemann didn't cheat for the last 2 years. But many GMs have been caught cheating online:

  1. In a video of the "Chicken Chess Club", with French GM Laurent Fressinet and Danish GM Peter Nielsen (both have been Carlsen's seconds), Sinquefield commentator and GM, Jan Gustafsson, reveals that "grandmasters being banned from online blitz is incredibly common, you would not believe how many very very strong GMs that we admire have been banned for online cheating, it's quite shocking actually". Listen to his testimony here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmldeic5NF8&t=2957s
  2. And recently, Giri has said that many GMs have been caught cheating online.

  3. So, why attack Hans for something he did when he was 12 and 16 years old and not a GM, when many adult GMs have done the same? And why is this information public concerning Hans, but not for the other GMs who have been banned from online blitz? And why is chess.com singling out Hans Niemann and accusing him in public, when at the same time keeping secret the names of the numerous other GMs who have been caught cheating in online blitz on their website?

Well I'm just a beginner, but I have been a part of the chess world for more than a decade now. To me it's all so clear:
Hans is a generational talent. He wipes the floor with Super Grandmasters that have been in the top since 2005. He is just that good.

He just grows differently, peaks differently, plays differently and analyzes differently.

Right, so now this is pretty interesting:

"...likely received illegal assistance in more than 100 online games, as recently as 2020. Those matches included contests in which prize money was on the line."

It's not a second chance when you've had 100 of them.
