Hey, it has no impact on the Figure 12, because 3 players of rating X playing 1000 games is equivalent to 1 player of the same rating X playing 3000 games.

Have you guys ever encountered these accounts that play like 50 games a day but never get better over the years? Like they stick in a band of 100 elo for 5 years straight but play tons of games. They always seem to take about 5 seconds per move, even in the opening, and they're tactically strong players who have weak positional sense. They also ONLY play blitz. WTF is up with that account type, is it bots?

Not to mention all the forgotten cumulative time they've played in the past.
