Why can’t we just fix search results ranking instead of creating a whole new thing?

That's a good idea. You've created a nice website. Would it also work if there was a board where you could enter a position and then search for relevant studies?
Nice site. The mouse glow effect is annoying to me

Thanks for the idea, that sounds really good! Unfortunately, I think this would be very difficult to implement though, and I currently don't have the skills/resources to do it.
This is an amazing tool.
I am in the UK though, so the imgur images show as "content not viewable in your region". I wonder if there is a way to fix this?
Glad to hear you like the tool! Thanks for letting me know about the issue, I’ll look into it and try to find a fix.
[EDIT]: I've found a fix, it should be working now!
Sleek design with an excellent idea behind it. I wish you success.

I don't think this is possible. As far as I understood the website is more like a curated link collection. Searching for a position means you need an online database with all studies.
@Bosburp
I fully agree with your statement of the problem. Same problem as searching the internet (or e.g. Github), huge amounts of search results, but mostly not relevant, not helpful or simply outdated.
The empty study issue could be easily solved by Lichess giving a newly created study a countdown timer (e.g. 3 weeks) and if there is no move added before timeout it could be autodeleted. Most of those are created by mis-clicking anyway, they could even be deleted already when the browser tab is closed without further study related action (moves, text, ...).
It would be nice if studies with text annotations could be searchable wrt. the language or are language is marked (e.g. flag or abbrevation). Even though I assume that everything is English atm
looks like it was made by Claude AI but ok
Searching even my own private studies is a mess where it recommends things that are not at all what I'm searching for
