I agreed to a draw last Friday at the chess club. I honestly thought my knight was worse than my opponent's bishop. I was wrong, but I couldn't see a way to win. I think it was better than losing...but I still wonder if I should have looked for a winning series of moves. I was not in time trouble.

We were down to Kings, pawns, and one minor piece each. Darn. Maybe I had a chance to win. Oh, well...my opponent was slightly higher-rated than I was. It would have felt good to win, but it would have felt terrible to lose. I think I need to learn more from my games instead of taking the easy way out.
