It's a matter of speech, as the saying goes: "The world has become a village.". It's a metaphor as these days it's hard not to know a lot about the world in general, and, it has become easy to find information about almost everything.

Thibault is also just the founder of Lichess. Lichess is just a website, so you would need a video of Anand talking to a website.

If I was a World Champion, I would not walk away from defending it. If one has been given a chance, one needs to seize it.

monotony collapses time , novelty unfolds it.

if you are undisputed world champ for 5 years continuously, you will most likely feel the need for novelty cz like he said it just gets tedious to do the same thing repetitively and the months on years of prep the team and u as player have to do is truly monotonous especially in a lonely game like chess
