Number 9, ichess.net is a garbage channel. You only get to see like first 15-30 minutes of some random paid courses. So videos have no real content of value, what they have in return is terrible audio and video quality. Make sure to tell youtube to never show you suggestions from that channel.

Please take it as constructive criticism, but this is a terrible list in my opinion. You seem to rank the channels based on their popularity, not objectively based on their content and the value that it could provide to viewers. The article starts off with "Youtube is a free university if you use it wisely. You can improve your chess skills by watching YouTube Vidoes". While this is true, a big chunk of the selection of channels you have presented is certainly not well suited for the improvement of chess skills and therefore I consider your blog post to be flawed.
Most are chess-themed entertainment channels, which will not help anyone in improving their skills.
Chess24 and chess(dot)com are comparable to football/soccer game coverage on TV. They provide some high profile matches with commentary, but this is akin to watching sports on TV - you won't learn a whole lot from that.
Hikaru and GothamChess make content aimed at the YouTube algorithm with clickbait and shallow commentary of their own games or other peoples content. It is not very worthwhile to watch that stuff for the improvement of chess abilities, but it can be ok to pass some time I guess.
The best female chess YouTubers section is one that I also cannot understand AT ALL! Maybe this is personal opinion (no), but I find the channels you have listed to be some of the most obnoxious channels on chess, famous for all the wrong reasons. There are so many talented and watchable female chess content creators out there that have not risen to fame, simply because their content deals actually with chess and is not primarily aimed at male teenagers. What do:
- Botez Sisters React To Mean Comments
- 10 Things Botez Sisters Can't Live Without
- Blind Dating 7 Guys My Sister Picked
- Is 18+ Content Bad For Women In Chess?
- I took CallMeKevin on a special date in Blanc
have to do with chess?
Yes I seem to get a little too personal here, but it is really sad to see those channels listed as "best chess channels" when you have channels that are actually dedicated to the improvement of ones chess abilisites out there. :/
Popular does not equate high quality content unforunately. Which is why lists that provide some actual quality channels that do not get a lot of attention otherwise are quite valuable. But this list unfortunately is not that helpful, as it only provides an overview of the most popular channels - popular, but not because of chess. :(

Honestly, Gothamchess should be higher than #2. He was my childhood youtuber.

Agree fully. These were my main issues with the article, but I see why it happened. Most of the best channels are smaller and therefor are less well known, so it's unlikely they would be chosen. All of the big ones are regular channels that cover chess topics, not designed to help you get better.

This list is just terrible. You just took the biggest names and channels with most subscribers (agadmator ? really ??) instead of looking for the educationnal value of those. Putting Nakamura and Gotham in 1 and 2 is just ridiculous. You'll have fun watching them, but you'll never get better at chess.
Top of my head, the 3 main forgotten channels :
Chess dojo : that's what you call actual sweatwork
Daniel Naroditsky : seriously his series about endgames ??? Just the best endgame material on youtube
Chesscoachandras : regurlarly comes with actual lessons and coaching sessions
Edit : Damn reading other comments i see you missed chessmood as well... Why are we even debating about such a thing ?!?
