Why is there a line of attack from the knight to the f2 (f6?? XD) pawn?

The black king is in check from both the bishop and rook. There is no possible move that could have allowed this occur.

The board is weirdly cut off on the right side (and wheres the top of the board??)

Yeah I thought that. But then I thought maybe they're not on the "eighth" rank, and that just the top ranks are cut off from view.
If they are on sixth rank then it could work.
