it's this kind of blog that shows how being a chess player is an obstacle course, with its difficulties, its heavens and its hells too, but chess is something that is a passion, and you are of those who are passionate about it, you weren't afraid to tell us about your Career, your point of view and how you created your website. you are brave because in your business you prefer the human rather than a lucrative and villainous business. you are a warrior on and off the chessboard, and I hope your career goes where you need to go - to the heights -
good luck and greetings!

What a great post! I was initially a bit afraid that the downfall of "heaven" would come because of your dependency on poker to generate income (can you really make money long-term in a zero-sum game?), but I'm happy to see it went in a completely other way.
What I most enjoyed was the description of the "company" - no strict rules, no layers of management, just people wanting to build something great together. It reminds me of the book Reinventing Organizations by Frederic Laloux, talking about how organizations can grow beyond mere hierarchical pyramids. It's something I aspire to find myself in my career, so I'm very excited to see these groups still exist in the wild!

Thanks for the writeup and I wish a good day to all of ChessMood :)
