No, you're not underrated. If anything you're overrated if you play same way in longer time controls.

Also for accuracy it's because your opponent blundered a piece on move 4 and then their queen on move 8. After that you were so far up in engine eval (around -8) that no matter how badly you played short of hanging queen you'd get near perfect accuracy although centipawn loss is a lot less flattering.

This is clearly demonstrated on move 12 where engine doesn't even flag d5 as an error when 12...Nxf3+ saves a piece and even the horrific blunder 13...Qxe7 that loses a queen for a rook just gets an inaccuracy as position is so overwhelmingly winning that losing 4 points of material makes no difference.

In total I think you made at least 11 errors that cost at least a piece. Admittedly strategy could be to play any random move and flag opponent but bullet games encourage you to move before you think.
